About Lind Woodworking

Lind Woodworking is the product of two generations of architectural wood craftsmen. Scott Lind grew up around woodworking, learning his trade in his father’s high-end architectural woodworking company, which attracted the area’s successful interior designers and elite clientele. Encouraged at an early age to study the subtle nuances of this art, Scott learned that talent, style and a keen eye for proportions are equally as important as a solid grasp of wood joinery techniques.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree, he returned to his roots and fashioned a 30-year career in upscale woodworking. Through his experience on large commercial and residential projects for both a $50 million company and a highly successful firm specializing in unique and original stair designs, Scott honed the business and production skills that make Lind Woodworking the premier architectural millwork company in the Midwest.

Now the expertise of two generations of artisans is available for a new generation of customers.
